INDIAN SECTION-SOUTHERN REGION
The ASCE India Section Southern Region is a regional chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) that serves civil engineering professionals in the southern part of India. ASCE, as an international professional association, promotes the advancement of civil engineering through education, networking, and collaboration. The India Section is a key part of ASCE's global presence, and its Southern Region focuses on serving members in various states in southern India, including Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.

The Society is led by the Board of Direction which has fiduciary, legal and strategic responsibilities. The board focuses on continuous strategic planning, determines desired outcomes, develops and approves policy imperatives to guide operations, and ensures the Society uses these policies to work toward meeting its vision and fulfilling its mission.
