ASCE Membership Drive & BIM Guest Lecture at Rohini College of Engineering and Technology

The ASCE India Section Southern Region (ASCE-ISSR) successfully conducted a combined Membership Drive and technical Guest Lecture at Rohini College of Engineering and Technology, Tamil Nadu, on October 14, 2025.

The event was led by the esteemed ASCE ISSR President, Dr. Kishor. P, who delivered an insightful guest lecture on Building Information Modeling (BIM). Dr. Kishor’s session provided attendees with a comprehensive understanding of how BIM is transforming the planning, design, and construction phases of civil engineering projects.

Following the lecture, the Membership Drive aimed to encourage students and faculty to join the global community of ASCE, highlighting the benefits of professional networking, technical resources, and career development opportunities.
